4 r 4 <br /> • <br /> ORDINANCE No. <br /> 2885 . <br /> AN ORDINANCE approving and confirming the assessment and <br /> assessment roll in Local Improvement District No. 545 for the <br /> improvement of Rockefeller Avenue from llth Street South to <br /> Athletic Field, also 11th Street between Rockefeller Avenue and <br /> Wetmore Avenue , by construction of concrete sidewalks, concrete <br /> curbs and gutters, installation of necessary drainage and doing <br /> all work necessary to make a complete improvement under <br /> Ordinance No. 2861 of the City of Everett , levying an assessment <br /> on account thereof against the several lots, tracts and parcels <br /> of land or other property, as shown on said roll, and providing <br /> for the issuance of bonds therefor , ann fixing the date of the <br /> issuance thereof. <br /> THE CITY OF VERETT DOES ORDAIN: <br /> Section 1: That the assessment and assessment roll in <br /> Local Improvement District No. 545 for the improvement of <br /> Rockefeller Avenue from llth Street South to Athletic Field, <br /> also llth Street between hockefeller Avenue and etmore Avenue <br /> by construction of concrete sidewalks, concrete curbs and <br /> gutters, installation of necessary drainage and doing all work <br /> necessary to make a complete improvement , under Ordinance <br /> No. 2861 of the City of Everett, as the same now stands, be, <br /> and the same is hereby in all things approved and confirmed. <br /> Section 2: That each of the lots , tracts and parcels <br /> of land, or other property, as shown on said roll is hereby <br /> declared to be especially benefitted by said improvement in <br /> at least the amount charged against the same , and that the <br /> assessment appearing against the same is in proportion to the <br /> assessments appearing upon .5Aid roll, and that there is hereby <br /> levied an assessment against each lot , tract and parcel of <br /> land and other property appearing on said roll, in the amount <br /> finally charged against the same thereon. <br /> Section 3: That the 16th day of DecembRr <br /> 1940 , is hereby fixed as the date of the issuance of bonds re- <br /> quired to be issued on account or said improvement . <br /> ;section q: That the City of Everett ray sell <br /> said bonds and make payment in cash in the manner provided by <br /> the ordinances of said City . <br /> T=day or <br /> Attest: <br /> City Clerk. <br /> Passed October 22, 1940. <br /> Published: October 23 , 1940. <br />
