The inspections covered both 'Turners' and the remaining building to include dwelling units upstairs. The following list has been broken into two sections: Turners and Shell/Dwelling units. Please note that all permits are tied to Building Permit BOOl2-006 and must be satisfied prior to issuance of Certificates of Occupancy. For clarification, please refer to those approved conswction plans. Turners Permit X0102-008, G & S Heating. • Gas vents from HWT's to extend a minimum of 2 feet above roof p:vapet. • Drain from HWT pans to be completed and routed to ftoor drain or sink in kitchen. Permit MOOl2-033,G & S Hcatine. • 3heetrock must be a minimum of l" clear from the fumace vents. • A secondary combustion air supply source is required.
