This email will serve as the review letter. The <br /> comments below should be addressed. Two revised full-sized hard-copies of the drawings should be submitted for <br /> review. An itemized response letter stating how each comment has been addressed should be included with the <br /> drawing. Additional revised documentation, including but not limited structural calculations and other supporting <br /> documentation, should be submitted as required. <br /> Comments <br /> 1. The submitted drawings do not include a floor plan to indicate the location of the unit in the building. A drawing <br /> should be provided. <br /> 2. Continuing with the previous comment,the proposed work appears related to the work shown in Building <br /> Permit No. B2208-069. The floor plan included in the drawings for that permit does not show a unit consistent <br /> with the unit in this permit application. A revision must be submitted for the Building permit if a change to the <br /> floor layout is proposed (e.g, larger unit, different location, etc.). This may impact the building design, including <br /> but not limited to the egress and accessibility requirements. <br /> Please contact me if you have questions.
