We have completed the first review of the building plans for this project. This email will serve as the review letter. The comments below should be addressed. Two revised full-sized hard-copies of the drawings should be submitted for review. An itemized response letter stating how each comment has been addressed should be included with the drawing. Additional revised documentation, including but not limited structural calculations and other supporting documentation, should be submitted as required. Comments 1. The submitted drawings do not include a floor plan to indicate the location of the unit in the building. A drawing should be provided. 2. Continuing with the previous comment,the proposed work appears related to the work shown in Building Permit No. B2208-069. The floor plan included in the drawings for that permit does not show a unit consistent with the unit in this permit application. A revision must be submitted for the Building permit if a change to the floor layout is proposed (e.g, larger unit, different location, etc.). This may impact the building design, including but not limited to the egress and accessibility requirements. Please contact me if you have questions.
