Unfortunately, Planning cannot further review and/or <br /> approve your permit submittal until the following revisions have been addressed: <br /> EMC 19.36.050 Development Standards for Specific Sign Types <br /> A.2. Freestanding signs must have a substantial base that is at least half as wide and thick(measured <br /> horizontally)as the sign itself. Sign bases must have an architectural treatment that incorporates <br /> materials similar to the sign and/or building. <br /> Please use the Online Permitting Portal to submit revised documents or submit at minimum 2 hard copies of any revised <br /> documents/plans to Permit Services at 2300 Cedar St. If you have any Planning related questions, please contact me <br /> directly via email.The Unified Development Code is available online, here: https://everett.municipal.codes/EMC/19 . <br /> These comments are only related to the land use code and do not account for all possible requirements from other <br /> departments.
