HM Pacific Northwest, Inc. of <br />Redmond, WA submitted the lowest responsive bid in the amount of $1,553,777.40 <br />This project will overlay the principal arterial of Broadway Avenue from 41st Street to <br />Hewitt Avenue. <br />Recommendation (exact action requested of Council): <br />Authorize Award of 2023 Federal Pavement Maintenance Overlay project Contract to HM Pacific <br />Northwest, Inc. in the amount of $1,553,777.40. <br />
