1 transport of pollutants, the automobile liability policy shall include MCS 90 and CA 99 48 <br /> 2 endorsements. <br /> 3 <br /> 4 Such policy must provide the following minimum limit: <br /> 5 $2,000,000 Combined single limit each accident <br /> 6 <br /> 7 1-07.18(5)C Workers' Compensation <br /> 8 The Contractor shall comply with Workers' Compensation coverage as required by the <br /> 9 Industrial Insurance laws of the State of Washington. <br /> 10 <br /> 11 COE 1-07.18(5)D.RTF <br /> 12 1-07.18(5)D Excess or Umbrella Liability <br /> 13 (January 4, 2016 APWA GSP) <br /> 14 <br /> 15 The Contractor shall provide Excess or Umbrella Liability insurance with limits of not less than <br /> 16 *** Two *** million each occurrence and annual aggregate. This excess or umbrella liability <br /> 17 coverage shall be excess over and as least as broad in coverage as the Contractor's <br /> 18 Commercial General and Auto Liability insurance <br /> 19 <br /> 20 All entities listed under 1-07.18(2) of these Special Provisions shall be named as additional <br /> 21 insureds on the Contractor's Excess or Umbrella Liability insurance policy. <br /> 22 <br /> 23 This requirement may be satisfied instead through the Contractor's primary Commercial <br /> 24 General and Automobile Liability coverages, or any combination thereof that achieves the <br /> 25 overall required limits of insurance. <br /> 26 <br /> 27 1-07.18(5)E.RTF <br /> 28 1-07.18(5)E LHWCA Insurance <br /> 29 (January 4, 2016 APWA GSP) <br /> 30 <br /> 31 If this Contract involves work on or adjacent to Navigable Waters of the United States, the <br /> 32 Contractor shall procure and maintain insurance coverage in compliance with the statutory <br /> 33 requirements of the U.S. Longshore and Harbor Workers' Compensation Act (LHWCA). <br /> 34 <br /> 35 Such policy must provide the following minimum limits: <br /> 36 $1,000,000 Bodily Injury by Accident— each accident <br /> 37 $1,000,000 Bodily Injury by Disease— each employee <br /> 38 $1,000,000 Bodily Injury by Disease— policy limits <br /> 39 <br /> 40 COE 1-07.18(5)J.RTF <br /> 41 1-07.18(5)J Pollution Liability <br /> 42 (January 4, 2016 APWA GSP) <br /> 43 <br /> 44 The Contractor shall provide a Contractors Pollution Liability policy, providing coverage for <br /> 45 claims involving bodily injury, property damage (including loss of use of tangible property <br /> 46 that has not been physically injured), cleanup costs, remediation, disposal or other handling <br /> 47 of pollutants, including costs and expenses incurred in the investigation, defense, or <br /> 48 settlement of claims, arising out of any one or more of the following: <br /> 49 1.
