GLINT CAR WASH - EVERETT <br /> STORMWATER REPORT <br /> 9 Minimum Technical Requirements as provided within Vol. 1,Chapter 3 of the 2019 SWMMWW. <br /> The following summarizes the applicable requirements for the redevelopment of the property. The <br /> proposed offsite, roadway and sidewalk improvements will be constructed per City standards but <br /> Minimum Requirements 5—7 will not be applied. <br /> Minimum Requirement#1 — Preparation of Stormwater Site Plan <br /> This Storm Drainage Report and the Civil Plans address the temporary and permanent drainage <br /> impacts of the project. <br /> Minimum Requirement#2—Construction Stormwater Pollution Prevention Plan <br /> Temporary Erosion and Sedimentation Control Plan(TESC)is provided on Sheet C1.2 and C3.1. A <br /> Construction Stormwater Pollution Prevention Plan(SWPPP)has been submitted with our sitework <br /> permit submittal. <br /> Minimum Requirement#3 - Source Control of Pollution <br /> The proposed car wash facilities, coffee shop and fast food drive-thru /drive-in are relatively low <br /> pollution generators. The proposed trash enclosures will be covered and include a catch basin <br /> that will discharge to the sanitary sewer system. The proposed automatic car wash will include <br /> interior floor drains to contain washwater as well as entry and exit awnings to prevent blown-in <br /> rainfall. Refer to Appendix D—Source Control Plan. <br /> A Stormwater Operation and Maintenance Manual has also been submitted with our sitework <br /> permit submittal. <br /> Minimum Requirement#4— Preservation of Natural Drainage Systems and Outfalls <br /> The proposed project will maintain the existing drainage patterns.
