The purpose of this letter is to provide the result of our analysis relating to the site <br /> susceptibility to seismically induced lateral spreading and provide additional recommendations <br /> related to the proposed development areas. All recommendations stated in our original reports, <br /> listed below, remain valid unless superseded by this addendum report. Our previous reports are: <br /> • "Geotechnical Engineering Report, Riverfront Development Phase I, Everett, <br /> Washington" dated March 19, 2019, <br /> • "Geotechnical Engineering Report, Riverfront Boulevard, Everett, Washington" dated <br /> March 26, 2019, <br /> Additionally, the aforementioned reports should be reviewed for specific information related to <br /> material types material conditions and seismic conditions not noted in this addendum. <br /> Site Conditions <br /> As noted in our previous geotechnical reports, the site is located on the Old Everett Landfill. It is <br /> east of the Burlington Northern Santa Fe Railway(BNSF) rail lines, and west of the Lowell <br /> Riverfront Trail and Snohomish River. The approximate geometry of the proposed Phase 1 <br /> development and Riverfront Boulevard is shown in Figure 1 of this addendum. The phase 2 <br /> through 4 geometry is also provided for reference. However, changes in the Phase 2 though 4 <br /> geometry may occur as the development plan progresses. <br /> The subsurface soils consist of fill over refuse, both underlain by alluvium and advance outwash <br /> soils on the landfill and fill and alluvium over advance outwash east of the <br /> 131 2 30th L)ritie SF <br /> landfill.
