All recommendations stated in our original reports and addendums, listed below, <br /> remain valid unless superseded by this addendum report. Our previous reports are: <br /> • "Geotechnical Engineering Report, Riverfront Boulevard, Everett, Washington" dated <br /> March 26, 2019, <br /> • "Geotechnical Engineering Report, Riverfront Development Phase I, Everett, <br /> Washington"dated March 19, 2019, <br /> • "Addendum 1 to Geotechnical Engineering Report's, Everett Riverfront Development, <br /> and Riverfront Boulevard" Dated May 13, 2019." <br /> • "Addendum 2 to Geotechnical Engineering Report's (Revised), Everett Riverfront <br /> Development, and Riverfront Boulevard"Dated July 19, 2019." <br /> The purpose of this addendum is to provide geotechnical recommendations, associated with the <br /> Riverfront Boulevard and Phase I Development design, that are not included in previous reports <br /> or addendums. <br /> Utility Vaults and Manholes <br /> When the bases of non-pile supported utility vaults or manholes extend into <br /> refuse materials HWA recommends that these structures be placed on a crushed 21 1' 30th Drive SF <br /> Suite II() <br /> rock structural fill layer at least 12 inches thick .
