STEP 3. COMPLETE MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS #1-5 <br /> The following subsections address MR #1-5. The more information provided in these subsections typically <br /> corresponds to faster review and permit issuance times. Submitted checklists that lack the necessary <br /> information for review are considered incomplete and will be returned unprocessed to the applicant. <br /> MR #1: Preparation of Stormwater Site Plan <br /> The purpose of MR #1 is to convey all relevant information about the proposed project to the City for review <br /> to ensure the project is in compliance with the current City and State stormwater management standards. <br /> This is your opportunity to inform the reviewer about the project fundamentals as well as highlight the <br /> significant and insignificant aspects of the project with regards to stormwater management. <br /> Task 1: Describe existing site conditions <br /> Provide description of existing site conditions: <br /> Backyard: Grass / moss / dirt <br /> Describe existing structures (location,type): <br /> Garage is 25' from the sidewalk and about 40' from rear property line. <br /> Describe slopes on your site (flat, rolling, steep,%): <br /> property is higher than the street slightly. Driveway slopes toward the street. Side yards <br /> are flat or sloped toward the front.
