- Participants will work directly with SRECTrade to ensure all reporting necessa ry to generate credits and comply with the program is completed in a timely manner. SRECTrade will be available to provide program guidance and assistance, including generating credits under other CFS credit generation mechanisms such as “Advance Credits.” - SRECTrade will be responsible for generating and monetizing credits on behalf of Participants . - Once credits are sold, SRECTrade will deduct its fees and remit payment to WSTA. WSTA will, after deducting its fees, remit payment to participants based on the credits sold on their behalf. This process repeats on a quarterly cycle. CCAP Fees: Department of Ecology (DOE) requires an annual Credit Generator Participant Fee. On March 15, 2023 DOE set the fee at $982. This will be billed directly to the agency and not go through WSTA. For more on DOE Fees, please visit their website by CLICKING HERE. Fees are deducted after the sale of credits and before payments are remitted to participants. The minimum fee is not in addition to the standard fee). The cumulative amount of aggregated minimum fees will not exceed half of the total Transaction Value.
