Requests will reference <br />specific City asset ID, if known. <br />• Review of existing CCTV records to review rate of deterioration and identification <br />of any required spot repairs prior to rehabilitation. <br />• Summarize any findings that would impact the proposed rehabilitation method in <br />summary TM. <br />Subtask 220 — Supplementary Surveying <br />• Locate position of existing manholes/vaults using GPS and/or terrestrial <br />technologies, depending on satellite coverage, and collect rim and invert <br />elevations for each manhole/vault including all entrance, exit, and laterals within <br />the project limits to facilitate design. The survey will be completed on a horizontal <br />datum of NAD 83/2011 and a vertical datum of NAVD88. This task assumes up <br />to twenty-six (26) manhole/vault structures will be surveyed, nine (9) located <br />along 20th Street between Grand Avenue and N Broadway Avenue.
