1 <br /> WSDOT's <br /> Predetermined List for 1 <br /> Suppliers - Manufactures - Fabricator <br /> Below is a list of potentially prefabricated items, originally furnished by WSDOT to <br /> Washington State Department of Labor and Industries, that may be considered non- <br /> standard and therefore covered by the prevailing wage law, RCW 39.12. Items marked <br /> with an X in the "YES" column should be considered to be non-standard and therefore <br /> covered by RCW 39.12. Items marked with an X in the "NO" column should be <br /> considered to be standard and therefore not covered. Of course, exceptions to this <br /> general list may occur, and in that case shall be evaluated according to the criteria <br /> described in State and L&I's policy statement. <br /> I <br /> ITEM DESCRIPTION YES NO <br /> 1, Metal rectangular frames, solid metal covers, herringbone grates, <br /> and bi-directional vaned grates for Catch Basin X <br /> Types 1, 1 L, 1 P, and 2 and Concrete Inlets.
