May 3, 2023 <br />3 <br /> <br />To authorize the Mayor to sign the Professional Services Agreement with Carollo Engineers, <br />Inc., for the 20th Street Sewer Rehabilitation Project, in the amount not to exceed $155,021.00. <br /> <br />AGREEMENT – FOREST PARK SWIM CENTER FEASIBILITY STUDY <br /> <br />To authorize the Mayor to sign the Professional Services Agreement with RMC Architects to <br />complete a Forest Park Swim Center Feasibility Study. <br /> <br /> <br />Roll was called with all council members voting yes. <br /> <br /> Motion carried. <br /> <br /> <br />PUBLIC HEARINGS: <br /> <br />President Stonecipher opened the public hearing for Council Bill 2304-26, 2304-27, and 2304-28. <br /> <br />There were no members of the public who wished to speak. <br /> <br />Moved by Council Member Rhyne, seconded by Council Member Zarlingo, to close the public <br />hearing. <br /> <br /> <br />Roll was called with all council members voting yes. <br /> <br /> Motion carried. <br /> <br />COUNCIL BILL 2304-26 <br /> <br />THIRD AND FINAL READING: <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE amending the Everett Municipal Code regarding an exemption for Special <br />Connection Charges for Low-Income Housing Projects, amending Chapter 14.08 EMC <br />Water and Sewers <br /> <br />Moved by Council Member Tuohy, seconded by Council Member Vogeli, that this is declared <br />to be the third and final reading of Council Bill No. 2304-26, as amended. <br /> <br /> <br />The Deputy City Clerk was directed to call the roll for the final deposition of the ordinance. <br />
