• • ORDINANCE No. 2855 . AN ORDINANCE approving and confirming the assessment and assessment roll of L. I. D. No. 527 , for the improvement of Norton Avenue Extension from a line at right angles to Norton Avenue and a distance of 879 feet, more or less, South of 14th Street Monument line and a line 3 feet South of 14th Street Monument line by the construction of pile and timber bulkhead and filling`; behind said bulkhead with bay bottom material pumped by hydraulic dredge to an elevation of 108.5 feet , City of Everett datum; also between a line 3 feet South of 14th Street Monument line and a line 4, 596 feet, more or less, Northerly of 14th Street monument line by sheeting the existing piles and placing of anchors and dead men and filling behind said constructed bulkhead with bay bottom material pumped by hydraulic dredge to an elevation of 108.5 feet, City of Everett datum, and doing all other work necessary to make a complete improvement under Ordinance No. 2831 of the City of Everett; levying an assessment on account thereof against theseveral lots, tracts and parcels of land or other property as shown on said roll, and providing for the issuance of bonds therefor. THE CITY O1+ EVERETT DOES ORDAIN: Section 1: That the assessment and assessment roll of _Local Improvement District No. 527 for the improvement of Norton Avenue Extension from a line at right angles to Norton Avenue and a distance of 879 feet , more or less, South of 14th Street Monument line and a line 3 feet South of 14th Street Monument line by the construction of pile and timber bul�kheea bulkhead and filling behind said bulkhead with bay bottom material pumped by hydraulic dredge to an elevation of 108.5 feet, City of Everett datum; also between a line 3 feet South of 14th Street Monument line and a line 4,596 feet , more or less, Northerly of 14th Street Monument line by sheating the existing piles and placing of anchors and dead men and fillipr behind said constructed bulk- head with bay bottom material pumped by hydraulic dredge to an elevation of 108.5 feet, City of Everett datum, and doing all other work necessary to make a complete improvement Under Ordinance No. 2831 of the City of Everett, as the saw now stand- , be , and the sane is hereby in all things approved and confirmed. Section 2 : That each of the lots, tracts and par- cels of land or other property as shown on said roll is hereby declared to be especially benefited by said improvement in at least the amount charged against the same , and that the assess- ment a-?pe aring against the same is in proportion to the several assessments appearing upon said roll, and that there is hereby levied an assessment against each lot , tract and parcel of land and other property appearing on said roll in the amount finally charged against the same thereon.
