The license fee for the removal of buildings in, upon or along any of the move mentioned places shall be 115.00 per day, or part thereof, for each and every day said building is upon any of the above mentioned places. Section 2 : That Section 39 of Ordinance No. 2513 is hereby amended to read as folloels: Section 39 : Any person, firm or corporation wishing to engage in the business of t e removal of buildings in the City of Sverett and to use its streets, alleys, avenues and public grounds in so doing, may instead of securing a permit for each individual removal , as provided in Section 38 hereof, apply to the City Council for a permit to use said streets, alleys, avenues and public grounds of said city for the removal of buildings for the period of one year on making application therefor to said City Council and on making, executing and filing with said Council a good and sufficient bond with one or more sureties to be furnished by any surety company authorized to transact the business of a surety within the State of Washington, to the City of Everett , in the penal sun of Ten Thousand Dollars ( 0.0,000 .0O ) to be ap=`.roved by said Council. Such bond shall be conditioned as provided in Section 38 of this ordinance . Any person wishing to place or cause to be placed any such building materials in any public street , avenue or other public place as specified in Section 38 of this ordinance , instead of furnishing a separate bond in each individual City may on making written application therefor to said Council, furnish a good and sufficient bond, with one or more sureties, to be furnished by any surety company authorized to transact the business of a surety within the State of Washington, to said City of Sverett, in the penal sum of Two Thousand Dollars (t2000.00) which bond shell apply to and cover all such permits which may thereafter be granted to said applicant during the period of one year from such original application. Said bond shall be approved by the City Council and shall be conditioned as provided in Section 38 of this ordinance , and shall also be expressly conditioned to be applicable to all permits which may be granted to said applicant during the period of one year from the date of such original application.
