Stormwater Facility Responsible Party for Maintenance/Operations <br />Catch Basin Everett Community College Staff <br />The project owner will comply with the maintenance guidelines, which include relevant sections <br />of maintenance guidelines from the Stormwater Manual. In addition, the following operation <br />and maintenance plan is proposed: <br />A. Temporary erosion and sediment control facilities shall be maintained during <br />construction according to the Temporary Erosion Control Plan. <br />B. Any deterioration threatening the structural integrity of the stormwater treatment facilities <br />shall be repaired. <br />C. Any standing water removed from catch basins during maintenance operations shall be <br />disposed of off the property. <br />D.
