In the submitted documents was a draft letter from the adjacent
property owner (Dan Coleman) authorizing the work to take place on his property. Before I can approve
the Public Works permit I will need that signed and notarized letter along with the Geological Hazardous
Area Covenant requested by Alex Byrd in her planning review. I have attached Alex's letter in case you
didn't already have it. If you have any questions please let me know. The structural review has approved
the drawings for the wall so this and the comments from Alex are the only ones for this project.
— .►,' aE• ., Thad Newport
vy Associate Engineer I Permit Services
425.257.8810 I3200 Cedar Street, 2n° Floor, Everett, WA 98201
EVERETT ••Irj Phone Hours: M/W/Th: 8 a.m.-12 p.m &Ip.m.-3 p.m.
everettwa.eov/permits I Facebook I Twitter
Note: Emails and attachments sent o and from the C¢y of Everett are public records and maybe subject to disclosure pursuant
tothe Public Records Act.
