All work shall be performed in accordance with the permit and current City of Everett 'Design and Construction Standards and Specifications <br />for Development'. <br />3. Call Location Underground Service 48 hours before you dig. The day you call does not count. TOLL FREE NUMBER 811. <br />4. The fence shall be no greater than 31(42") in height within the front setback or the abutting right-of-way (shortest property frontage, <br />unless otherwise noted or previously determined). <br />5. The fence shall be not greater than 6 feet in height within the street side setback or the abutting right-of-way and no greater than T feet in <br />height within the interior side or rear setback. <br />6. Fence height, material, transparency, and location shall comply with all standards set forth in EMC 19.40. <br />T. Protect all existing underground milities during construction. Fence posts shall beat least 2ft away from any underground utility. Water <br />meters shall remain outside of fenced areas to be kept clear and accessible for maintenance and monthly meter reading. <br />8. Inspections are required for all stages of construction. This fence constructed within the public right-of-way must be removed or relocated at the ownens expense if the City ever requires use <br />of the right-of-way for municipal purposes. <br />10.
