s <br /> `M <br /> � • 1 <br /> ORDINLNCE No. <br /> 2843 . <br /> dJ ORDINANCE approving and confirming the assessment <br /> and assessment roll of Local Improvement District 525, <br /> for the improvement of an alley between N;taple and Thlnut Streets <br /> from 9th Street to llth Street, also Walnut Street between 9th <br /> Street and llth Street by the construction of a sewer and <br /> necessary appurtenances, and doing all other work in the entire <br /> district necessary to make 8 complete improvement under Ordinance <br /> No. 2770 of the City of Everett; levying an assessment on account <br /> thereof against the several lots, tracts and parcels of land or <br /> other property as shown on said roll, and providing for the <br /> issuance of bonds therefor. <br /> THE CITY OF EVERETT DOES ORDAIN: <br /> Section 1: That the assessment end assessment rdll <br /> of Local Improvement District No. 525 for the improvement of an <br /> alley between Naple and Walnut Streets from 9t* Street to llth <br /> Street , also Walnut Street between 9th Street end llth Street <br /> by the construction of a sewer and necessary appurtenances, <br /> and doing all other work in the entire district necessary to <br /> make a complete improvement under Ordinance No. 2770 of the <br /> City of Everett , as the same now stands, be end the same is <br /> hereby in all things approved and confi rned . <br /> Section 2: That each of the lots , tracts and parcel <br /> of land or other property as shown on said roll is hereby <br /> declared to be especially benefited by said improvement in at <br /> least the amount charged against the sane, end that the e ssess- <br /> ment appearing against the same is in proportion to the several <br /> assessments appearing upon said roll, end that there is hereby <br /> levied an assessment against each lot , tract and parcel of <br /> land and other property appearing on said roll in the amount <br /> finally charged against the same thereon. <br /> Section 3 : That the 2nd day of February 2 <br /> 19 40 is hereby fixed as the date fox the issuance of bonds <br /> required to be issued on account of said improvement . <br /> Section 4: The City of Everett may sell said bonds <br /> and make payment in cash. in the manner provided by the ordinances <br /> of said city . <br /> Mayor <br /> Attest : <br /> • <br /> City Clerk <br /> Passed : December 12 , 1939 <br /> Published: December 13 , 1939. <br />
