GEOTECHNICAL ENGINEERING STUDY <br /> COLBY SHORT PLAT <br /> 7008 AND 7010 COLBY AVENUE <br /> EVERETT, WASHINGTON <br /> ES-6067 <br /> INTRODUCTION <br /> General <br /> This geotechnical engineering study (study) was prepared for the proposed residential short <br /> plat to be constructed at 7008 and 7010 Colby Avenue, in Everett, Washington. The purpose of <br /> this study was to provide geotechnical recommendations for currently proposed development <br /> plans. Our scope of services for completing this study included the following: <br /> • Excavation of test pits for purposes of characterizing site soils; <br /> • Laboratory testing of soil samples collected at the test pit locations; <br /> • Engineering analyses, and; <br /> • Preparation of this report. <br /> The following documents and maps were reviewed as part of our study preparation:. <br /> • Existing Site Conditions & Preliminary Short Subdivision, prepared by Land Resolutions, <br /> dated March 27, 2018; <br /> • Geologic Map of the Everett 7.5-Minute Quadrangle, Snohomish County, Washington, <br /> compiled by J.P.
