P015310 – City of Everett <br />Housing Planning Modernization Solution Workshop 2 April 20, 2023 <br />•ArcGIS Urban will be deployed to Everett’s ArcGIS Online organization account prior to <br />the engagement <br />•Acquire at a minimum ArcGIS Online Creator-level named user account and ArcGIS <br />Urban licenses for all workshop attendees. <br />•Provide remote workshop participants with workstations that meet or exceed the <br />recommended system requirements outlined at: https://doc.arcgis.com/en/urban/get- <br />started/get-started-system-requirement.htm. <br />•Each participant’s workstation must be configured with a headset and web camera for the <br />remote workshop. <br />Assumptions <br />•Pricing assumes all consulting services will be provided remotely from Esri’s offices <br />during Esri’s normal business hours and no travel will be required of the Esri <br />consultant(s). <br />•Remote support will be provided during the standard Esri working hours of Monday- <br />Friday, 9 AM-5 PM Pacific Standard Time. <br />•Remote support will be conducted via email, telephone, and webcast. <br />•There is a limit of no more than 12 workshop participants. <br />•Esri will not be responsible for data clean-up, if needed. <br />•Consulting support is limited to Esri commercial-off-the-shelf (COTS) software, and will <br />not include any non-Esri-based systems. <br />Schedule: <br />The schedule will be mutually agreed upon between Everett and Esri within 10 business days <br />after contract award with anticipated end date of December 31, 2023. <br />Pricing: <br />Esri is pleased to provide the following pricing to the City of Everett for a Housing Planning <br />Modernization Solution Workshop as stated above. The pricing provided below has been <br />estimated based upon an anticipated award of a Time-and-Materials (T&M) contract Task Order <br />which is subject to the terms and conditions contained in the NASPO ValuePoint Master <br />Agreement No. AR2482 and the Participating Addendum between Esri and the State of <br />Washington, (State Participating Addendum No. 05116, Esri Agreement No. 320545).
