Smith Island AMS Year 5 Monitoring | October 31, 2022 Page 4 <br />File No.0661-128-02 <br /> <br /> <br />■ Results and discussion of the wetland delineation and habitat mapping effort. <br />■ A summary of the overall progress toward meeting the goals and performance standards. <br />■ Monitoring photographs. <br />■ Detailed monitoring data. <br />■ A figure showing the AMS boundary, vegetation sampling locations, habitat classifications, and <br />photopoint locations. <br /> <br />Task 7 – Unidentified Additional Services (Optional) <br />GeoEngineers has included an optional task to provide services related to the Year 5 monitoring effort that <br />are not anticipated at this time but may include coordination, review, and quality control of data, attending <br />meeting with agency staff, or providing additional monitoring and reporting support. A fee estimate of <br />$10,000 was used as a placeholder, to authorize this task, an updated description of work for this task <br />must be approved in writing by the City Project Manager. <br /> <br />ASSUMPTIONS <br />■ Monthly coordination meetings with client, assumed six total over the 8-month contract period. <br />■ Drone data collection will not be rescheduled due to unanticipated inclement weather during <br />daytime tides that meet required tidal elevations. <br />■ If field data is collected by other, data collection is found to be accurate and complete. <br /> <br />■ One round of review by City/District before finalizing and submit to Ecology. Coordination with <br />Ecology over report content to clarify information presented or respond to questions. Does not <br />include collecting/analyzing additional data and/or revising report in response to Ecology <br />comments. <br /> <br />DELIVERABLES <br /> <br />Final Year 5 monitoring report with supporting monitoring data files in native format. <br /> <br /> <br />FEE ESTIMATE AND TERMS <br />We plan to being work in early summer, conduct field work in mid to late summer and provide draft report <br />in fall of 2023. We will keep you apprised of project status and conditions that may significantly affect our <br />scope and estimate. <br />Exhibit B and C summarize our estimated fees.
