Actual fee will be determined on a <br />time-and-expense basis to the maximum limit stated in Paragraph 4d of the contract, using the rates in the <br />Professional Services Agreement dated September 30, 2021. It was necessary to make assumptions at <br />this time to prepare the scope and budget, and it will be necessary to refine them both during the project. <br />We will work closely with the City of Everett and Diking Improvement District #5 during the project to not <br />exceed this estimated budget without authorization. <br /> <br />This scope and fee estimate is valid for a period of 60 days commencing from the first date listed above <br />and subject to renegotiation by GeoEngineers, Inc. after the expiration date. <br /> <br />We appreciate the opportunity to present this proposal to provide our services.
