AN ORDINANCE approving and confirming the assessment and assessment roll of Local i ;, •rQv� ent District No. 534, for the improvement of Spruce St -e �o 4th Street by installation of a sewer and its necessary appurtenances, And doing all other work necessary to make a complete impr overaent under Ordinance No. 2799 of the city of Everett ; levying an assessment on account thereof against the several lots , tracts and parcels of land or other property as shown on said roll, and providing for the issuance of bonds therefor. THE CITY OF EVERETT DOES ORDAIN: Section 1: That the assessment and assessment roll of Local Imprme t# District No. 534 for the improvement of of Spruce Ste e6 34th Street by installation of a sewer and its necessary appurtenances, and doing all other work necessary to make a complete improvement under Ordinance No. 2799 of the City of Everett as the same now stands be, and the same is hereby in all things approved and confirmed. Section 2 : That each of the lots, tracts and parcels of land or other property as shown on said roll is hereby declared to be especially benefited by said improvement in at least the amount charged against the same and that the assessment appearing against the same is in proportion to the several assessments appearing upon said roll, and there is hereby levied an assessment against each lot , tract and parcel of land and other property appearing on said roll in the amount finally charged against the same thereon. Section 3: That the 29th day of NQverrae. 1939, is hereby fixed as the datefof theTssuance of bonds required to be issued on account of said improvement. Section 4: The City of Everett may sell said bonds and make payment in cash in the manner provided by the ordinances of said city.
