► 4 <br /> ORDINANCE No. <br /> 2833 . <br /> AN ON:DIN NCE approving and confirrainp the assessment <br /> and assessment roll of Local Improvement District No. 535, for <br /> the improvement of Alverson Boulevard from Eighth Street to <br /> Northerly line of Lot Four (4) , Block One Hundred Eight (108) , <br /> Grandview Addition to Everett, also Rucker '.venue from One Hundred <br /> Fifty (150) feet North of Ninth Street to Alverson Boulevard, <br /> also Maulsby Lane from Alverson Boulevard to North end of said <br /> Maulsby Lane by installation of water ma ins and their necessary <br /> appurtenances, and doing all work necessary to make a complete <br /> improvement under Ordinance No. 2806 of the City of Everett ; <br /> levying an assessment on account thereof against the several <br /> lots, tracts and parcels of land or other property as shown on <br /> said roll, and providing for the issuance of bonds therefor. <br /> TIE CITY 0 EVERETT DOES ORDAIN: <br /> Section 1 : That the assessment and assessment roll <br /> of Local Improvement District No . 535 for the improvement of <br /> Alverson Boulevard from Eighth Street to Northerly line of Lot <br /> Four (4) , Block One Hundred Eight (108) , Grandview Addition <br /> to Everett, also Rucker Avenue from One Hundred Fifty (150) <br /> feet North of Ninth Street to Alverson Boulevard, also Maulsby <br /> Lane from Alverson Boulevard to North end of said Maulsby <br /> Lane by installation of water mains and the it necessary <br /> appurtenances, and doing all work necessary to make a complete <br /> improvement under Ordinance No. 2806 of the City of Everett <br /> as the same now stands be , and the same is hereby in all things <br /> approved and confirmed. <br /> Uttion 2: '2hat each of the lots, tracts and <br /> parcels of land or other property as shown on said roll is <br /> hereby declared to be especially benefited by said improvement <br /> in at least the amount charged against the same and that the <br /> assessment appearing against the same is in proportion to <br /> the several assessments appearing upon said roll, and there <br /> is hereby levied an assessment against each lot , tract and <br /> parcel of land and other property appearing on said roll <br /> in the amount finally charged against the same thereon. <br /> Section 3: That the 1CtNN day of -.ove_iber <br /> 1939, is hereby fixed as the date of the issuance of bonds <br /> required to be issued on account of said improvement . <br /> Section 4: The City of Everett may sell said bonds <br /> and make payment in cash in the manner provided by the ordinances <br /> of said city. <br /> Mayor <br /> Attest : <br /> ity Clerk <br /> Passed: September 26th, 1939 . <br /> Published: September 27th, 1939. <br />
