• Section 2 : That Thirty percent of the cost and expense of such improvement , plus fixed estimate , shall be borne by and assessed against the property included in the enlarged district , which shall be divided into a direct benefit district and an indirect benefit district herein created, in accordance with law, and the balance of the cost of said improve- ment shall be paid as follows: $13,000.00 from the gasoline tax fund of the City of Everett and the balance of the cost of said improvement shall be paid from the general fund of the City of Everett. Section 3: There is hereby established an enlarged local improvement district to be called Local Improvement District No. 527 , which said enlarged district shall be divided into a direct benefit district and an indirect benefit district.
