AY Or.DINA TCE amending Section 26 of Ordinance No. 2794 of the City of Everett , entitled as follows: "An ordinance fixing and determining the number of the various officers, assistants, deputies and employees of the City of Everett ; prescribing the duties of such officers , assistants, deputies and employees; fixing their salaries and repealing Ordinance No. 2752, as amended by Ordinances No. 2761 and No. 2767, of the City of Everett , and providing that this ordinance Sall take effect on January 1, 1939," and declaring an emergency. THE CITY OF EVERETT DOES ORDAIN: Section 1: That Section 26 of Ordinance No. 2794 of the City of -_kverett be, and the same is hereby amended to read as follows: Section 26: CITY TREASURER.
