EXHIBIT A <br />SCOPE OF WORK <br /> <br /> <br />Exhibit A to Professional Services Agreement <br />(Form Approved by City Attorney’s Office January 7, 2010, updated December 2, 2022) <br /> <br />Wetland Resouces Consulting to provide environmental services in a portion of Thornton A Sullivan Park (1221 <br />Silver Lake Road) Critical Area Services – Parcel # 28051900402300 for the City of Everett. Services will proivde <br />data to the City of Everett Parks & Facilities for possible disc golf course expansion and/or other future uses. <br /> <br />Task 1: <br /> <br />- Conduct a Field Delineation on approximately three acres of the 23.41 acre site, located west of Silver Lake Road, <br />at 11221 Silver Lake Road in the city limits of Everett, WA, as shown on attached map in yellow. <br /> <br />Task 2: <br /> <br />- Locate wetland/stream flags with GPS. <br /> <br />Task 3: <br /> <br />- Prepare a Critical Area Report, including wetland and stream classifications, required buffers, rating form(s), and <br />data sheets. <br /> <br />Task 4: <br /> <br />- Prepare a Mitigation Plan, as needed and requested by a representave of the City of Everett <br /> <br />COMPENSATION: <br /> <br />TOTAL MAXIMUM COMPENSATION (Hourly Not Exceed) <br /> <br />Environmental Services $8,800.00 <br />-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- <br />Subtotal $8,800.00 <br /> <br />CONTINGENCY FEE (IF REQUIRED) <br />Additional services that may be needed based on unforeseen conditions encountered while conducting field work as <br />approved ONLY in writing by the authorized City representative. <br /> <br />TOTAL CONTINGENCY FEE $1,200.00 <br />----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- <br />TOTAL FEE $10,000.00 <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />
