The recipient will receive the official <br />notification of approval from FEMA"/GPD. <br />Article lV - Operation Stonegarden Program Performance Goal <br />ln addition to the Biannual Strategy lmplementation Report (BSIR) submission requirements outlined in the Preparedness <br />Grants Mahual, recipients must demonstrate how the grant-funded project addressed the core capability gap associated with <br />this project and identified in the Threat and Hazard ldentification and Risk Analysis (THIRA) or Stakeholder Preparedness <br />Review (SPR) or sustains existing capabilities as applieable. Parl25, Appendix A; <br />the full text of which is incorporated here by reference. <br />Article Vll - Americans with Disabilities Ac't of 1990 <br />Recipients must comply with the requirements of Titles l, ll, and lll of the Americans with Disabilities Ac( Pub. L.
