If unforeseen conditions are encountered or out- <br />of-scope work or level of effort are anticipated, Landau will bring these to your attention and seek <br />modification to the scope of services and budget, as appropriate. Landau will not exceed the total <br />estimated fee for the above-described services without prior authorization from the City. Landau’s <br />services will be provided on a time-and-expenses basis in accordance with the attached compensation <br />schedule, which is consistent with rates included in the existing contract between Landau and the City <br />and is hereby made a part of this agreement. <br />Scope of Services Cost <br />Task 010.
