May 31, 2023 <br /> <br />3 <br /> <br /> <br />RESOLUTION – REALLOCATION OF ARPA FUNDS <br /> <br />Moved by Council Member Zarlingo, seconded by Council Member Tuohy, to adopt Resolution <br />No. 7897 authorizing reallocation of American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA) State and Local Fiscal <br />Recovery Funds (SLFRF) grant proceeds. <br /> <br /> <br />Roll was called with all council members voting yes except Council Member Fosse, who was <br />excused. <br /> Motion carried. <br /> <br /> <br />PUBLIC HEARING – PETITION FOR PROPOSED VACATION: <br /> <br />President Stonecipher opened the public hearing regarding the proposed vacation of the <br />remaining alleys in the block bounded by Rockefeller Avenue on the west, Oakes Avenue on the <br />east, Pacific Avenue on the north, and 32nd Street on the south. <br /> <br />Paul McKee, Real Property, provided an overview of the proposed vacation. <br /> <br />There were no members of the public who wished to speak. <br /> <br />Moved by Council Member Vogeli, seconded by Council Member Rhyne, to close the public <br />hearing. <br /> <br /> <br />Roll was called with all council members voting yes except Council Member Fosse, who was <br />excused. <br /> Motion carried. <br /> <br />Moved by Council Member Vogeli, seconded by Council Member Schwab, to grant the petition <br />for the proposed vacation of the remaining alleys in the block bounded by Rockefeller Avenue <br />on the west, Oakes Avenue on the east, Pacific Avenue on the north, and 32nd Street on the <br />south, and direct staff to prepare an ordinance vacating said streets subject to the conditions. <br /> <br /> <br />Roll was called with all council members voting yes except Council Member Fosse, who was <br />excused. <br /> Motion carried. <br />
