Exhibit 1 <br />CenturyPacific, LLLP .("Service Provider"), shall provide real estate advisory services <br />related to the identification, investigation and evaluation of site alternatives.for an <br />outdoor multi -purpose stadium in Everett, WA. At the direction of the City of Everett, <br />Service Provider's scope of work is anticipated to include: <br />I. RevieW previously performed site selection studies; <br />li.. Assist the city in the identification and evaluation of additional potential sites, <br />including the incumbent site; <br />III. Participate in discussions with the City of Everett, Everett Aquasbx ownership, <br />and other relevant parties; <br />IV. Synthesize prospective site information, available work product, and principal <br />stakeholder input to identify up to three target sites; <br />V: Support the city in the identification and retention of relevant third -party subject <br />matter expert consultants to advance the evaluation of up to three target sites. <br />Third -party consultants to be approved by and contract directly with the City of <br />Everett; <br />VI. Develop a hierarchy of target sites informed by subject matter expert reports <br />(economic impact; legal, schedule, land assemblage considerations); <br />,III. Identify a preferred alternative, including Market -based ROM land acquisition <br />budget, .utility relocation and schedule implications (as applicable) <br />
