Ag <br /> ORDINANCE No. <br /> 2821. <br /> AN ORDINANCE vacating the following described street <br /> and alleys in the City of Everett, to-wit: <br /> Eighteenth Street from the East line of State Street <br /> to the East line of hiverdale Park ; also the 16foot <br /> alley that lies East of Block 398 Riverdale Addition <br /> to the City of Everett , Snohomish County, 'tashington, <br /> and also the 16 foot alley that lies East of Lots 1 to <br /> 9 inclusive , Block 403 Riverdale Addition to the City <br /> of Everett, Snohomish County, , ashington; and <br /> declaring an emergency. <br /> WHEREAS, the owners of more than two-thirds of the <br /> private property abutting upon that portion of Eighteenth <br /> Street from the East line of State Street to the East line of <br /> Riverdale Park; also the 16 foot alley that lies Last of Block <br /> 398 Riverdale Addition to the City of Everett ,Snohomish County, <br /> Tashington, and also the 16 foot alley that lies East of Lots <br /> 1 to 9 inclusive , Block 403, }iverdale Addition to the City <br /> of Everett , Snohomish County, ',iashington, have duly filed their <br /> petition with the City Council of the City of Everett praying <br /> for the vacation of said street and alleys; and <br /> iAlaTEAS, said City council of the City of Everett <br /> did, by resolution duly adopted, fix the 30th day of June, <br /> 1939 , at 10:00 o'clock A.
