N OLDINIIICE approving and confirming the assessment and assessment roll of Local improvement District No. 536 for the improvement of Oakes avenue from 10th Street South to Athletic Field by installation of water mains and their necessary appurtenances, and doing all work necessary to make a complete improvement, under Ordinance No. 2809 of the City of Everett; levying an assessment on account thereof against the several lots, tracts and parcels of land or other property as shown on said roll, and providing for the issuance of bonds therefor. THE CITY OF EVERETT DOES ORDAIN: Section 1: That the assessment and assessment roll of Local Improvement District No. 536 for the improvement of 0ake- Avenue from 10th Street South to Athletic Field by installation of water mains end their necessary appurtenances, and doing all work necessary to make a complete improvement, under Ordinance No. 2809 of the City of Everett as the same now stands be, and the same is hereby in all things approved and confirmed. Section 2: That each of the lots, tracts and parcels of land or other property es shown on said roll is hereby declared to be especially benefited by said improvement in at least the amount charged against the same and that the assessment appearing against the sane is in proportion to the several assessments appearing upon said roll, and there is hereby levied an assessment against each lot , tract and parcel of land and other property appearing on said roll in the amount finally charged against the sane thereon. Section 3: That the 3rd day of August 1939 , is hereby fixed as the date of the issuance of bonds required to be issued on account of said improvement . Section 4: The pity of Everett may sell said bonds and make payment in cash in the manner provided by the ordinances of said City. Mayor Attest: City Clerk Passed: June 13, 1939 .
