1 ' <br /> Section 5: That Ordinance No. 2734 of the City of <br /> Everett, entitled as above set forth, be , and the same is <br /> hereby amended by adding thereto a section to be known as <br /> Section 44, which section shall read es follows: <br /> Section 44: The operator of any vehicle which <br /> collides with any other vehicle which is unattended shall <br /> immediately stop and shall then and there either locate and <br /> notify the operator or owner of such vehicle, sueplying him <br /> with the name and address of the operator and owner of the <br /> vehicle striking the unattended vehicle, or shall leave in <br /> a conspicuous place in the vehicle struck a written notice, <br /> giving. the name and address of the operator and of the owner <br /> of the vehicle striking such other vehicle. <br /> The driver of any vehicle involved in an accident <br /> resulting only in damage to property fixes_ or placed upon or <br /> adjacent to any public highway shall take reasonable steps to <br /> locate and notify the owner or person in charge of such property <br /> of such fact and of the name and address of the operator and <br /> owner of the vehicle striking such property, or shall leave in <br /> a conspicuous place upon the property struck a written notice <br /> giving the name and address of the operator and of the owner <br /> of the vehicle and the registration number of the vehicle he is <br /> driving so striking the property, and such Person shall further <br /> make a report of such accident as in the case of other accidents <br /> upon the public highways. <br /> Section 6: That Ordinance I o. 2734 of the City <br /> of Everett, entitled as above set forth, be , and the same is <br /> hereby amended by adding thereto a section to be known as <br /> Section 45, which section shall read as follows: <br /> Section 45: (a) operator of any vehicle <br /> involved in an accident resulting in the injury to or death <br /> of any person shall immediately stop such vehicle at the scene <br /> of such accident or as close thereto as possible but shall <br /> then forthwith return to , and in every event remain at the <br /> scene of such accident until he has fulfilled the requirements <br /> of Subdivision ( c ) of this section; <br /> (b) The operator of any vehicle involved in an <br /> accident resulting only in damage to a vehicle which is driven <br /> or attended by any person shall immediately stop such <br /> vehicle at the scene of such accident or as close thereto <br /> as possible and shall forthwith return to, and in any event <br /> shall remain et, the scene of such accident until he has <br /> fulfilled the requirements of Subdivision ( c) of this section; <br /> ( c ) The operator of any vehicle involved inan <br /> accident resulting in injury to or death of any person or <br /> damage to any vehicle which is driven or attended by any <br /> person shall give his name, address and vehicle license <br /> number and shall exhibit his vehicle operator' s license to <br /> any person struck or injured or the operator or any <br /> occupant of, or any person attending, any such vehicle <br /> collided with, and shall render to any person injured in <br /> such accident reasonable assistance , including the carrying <br /> or the making of arrangements for the carrying of such person <br />
