• <br /> A.- <br /> ORDINANCE NO. 2813. <br /> AN ORDINANCE amending Section 30 of Ordinance No. 2794 <br /> of the City of Everett, entitled as follows: <br /> An Ordinance fixing and determining the number of <br /> the various officers, assistants, deputies and <br /> employees of the City of Everett; prescribing the <br /> duties of such officers, assistants, deputies and <br /> employees; fixing their salaries and repealing <br /> Ordinance No. 2752, as amended by Ordinances No. <br /> 2761 and No. 2767 of the City of Everett, and <br /> providing that this ordinance shall take effect <br /> on January 1, 1939," <br /> and declaring an emergency." <br /> THE CITY OF EVERETT DOES 02DAIN: <br /> Section 1: That Section 30 of Ordinance No. 279L. of <br /> the City of Everett, entitled as above set forth, be, and <br /> the same hereby is amended to read as follows: <br /> Section 30: FIRE HYDRANT DEPARTMENT. <br /> Hydrant man (part time) $62.50 per month. <br /> provided that said employee, in addition to the compensation <br /> provided in this ordinance, shall be entitled to additional <br /> compensation for technical radio work performed on Sundays <br /> or before 8 Ad., and after 5 PM on week days, at the rate of <br /> $1.50 per hour, and not to exceed $25.00 per month. <br /> Section 2: An emergency is declared to exist and this <br /> ordinance shall take effect upon its passame and publication. <br /> x Mayor. <br /> Attest: ORDINANCE NO. 2813 <br /> An Ordinance amending Section 30 <br /> of Ordinance No. 2794 of the City of <br /> Everett, entitled as follows: <br /> City Clerk.
