ORDINANCE No. 2808 . AN ORDINANCE amending Ordinance No. 2552 of the City of Everett, entitled as follows: AN ORDANA CE creating and establishing fire zones in the City of Everett, repealing Ordinance No. 2511, by adding a section to said ordinance to be known as Section 1A, and declaring an emergency. THE CITY OF EVERETT DOES ORDAIN: Section 1: That Ordinance No. 2552 of the City of Everett be, and the same is hereby amended by adding thereto a section to be known as Section 1A, which shall read as follows: Section 1A: There shall be included the following described additional portions of the City of Everett in Fire Zone No. 2., to-wit : Beginning at the Northeast corner of Virginia Avenue and Hewitt venue . , City of Everett, Snohomish County, Washington, thence North along the East margin of Virginia AveI?me for One hundred Twenty (120) feet; thence East and parallel to Hewitt Avenue to the Northwesterly right of way of the Northern Pacific <_ailway Company; thence Southwesterly along the said Northern Pacific Railway Company's r ght of way to a line that is One Hundred Twenty (120 ) feet South of the South line of Hewitt Avenue; thence West on a line that is One Hundred Twenty :120 , feet South of and parallel to Hewitt Avenue to the est line of Virginia Avenue; thence North., to point of beginning.
