NMI NATIONAL INSURANCE CRIME BUREAU Leading the Fraud Fight VEHICLE USE EXTENSION AGREEMENT The National Insurance Crime Bureau ("NICB") and the Everett Police Department (the "Agency") entered into a Vehicle Use Agreement dated 3/29/2022 ("Original Agreement") in which NICB leased to the Agency the vehicle listed below for the purpose of investigation of insurance -related crime and/or fraud. YEAR: 2017 MAKE: MODEL: VIN: WHEREAS, the term of the Original Agreement was for one year, effective the date the vehicle was delivered into the custody of the Agency. WHEREAS, NICB and the Agency wish to renew the Original Agreement for an additional 1 year period from 4/1/2023 to 4/1/2024. NOW THEREFORE, in consideration of the mutual agreement set forth in the Original Agreement, other good and valuable consideration, and the conditions and agreements set forth below, the parties agree as follows: 1. The parties agree that the Original Agreement shall be renewed for an additional 1 year renewal period from 4/1/2023 to 4/1/2024. 2. All other terms and conditions of the Original Agreement remain unchanged and in full force and effect.
