520 8th Avenue · 7th Floor · New York, NY 10018 · grants @aspca.org P a g e | 1 FIRST AMENDMENT This serves as an amendment (the “First Amendment”) dated as of February 10, 2023 (the “Effective Date”) to the grant agreement dated February 10, 2022, Grant Number: G-202201-29223 (the “Agreement”) by and between The American Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals (hereinafter, “ASPCA”), and City of Everett Animal Shelter (the “Grantee”) (each a “Party” and collectively, the “Parties”). 1. The Parties hereby agree to amend the Grant Term to February 10, 2022 – July 14, 2023. 2. The Report Schedule shall be deleted in its entirety and replaced with the following: Report Type Due Date NTSI Final Report July 28, 2023 3. Except to the extent specifically modified by this First Amendment, all provisions of the Agreement remain in full force and effect. This First Amendment and the Agreement constitute the entire, full and complete agreement between the Parties concerning the subject matter hereof, and supersedes all prior or contemporaneous oral or written communications.
