AMENDMENT <br />TO EVERETT FORWARD SUBRECIPIENT AGREEMENT <br /> <br /> This Amendment is dated for reference purposes December 31, 2022. <br />It is by and between the City of Everett, a municipal corporation under the laws of the <br />State of Washington (“City”) and Childstrive/Madres De Casino Road (“Subrecipient”). <br />The City and Grantee are parties to the Subrecipient Agreement for the Everett Forward <br />Grant Program dated on or about 4/5/2022 (the “Agreement”). The purpose of this <br />Amendment is to extend the term of the Agreement. <br /> <br />AGREEMENT <br /> <br />The City and Subrecipient agree as follows: <br /> <br />1. The Agreement is modified to extend the Agreement Term so that the Agreement <br />terminates on 12/31/2023. This extension also extends the Subaward Period of <br />Performance End Date and Subaward Budget End Date to the following date(s): <br />12/31/2023. This extension is effective regardless of the date(s) this Amendment <br />is signed by the parties. <br /> <br />2. This Amendment may be signed in counterparts, each of which shall be deemed an <br />original, and all of which, taken together, shall be deemed one and the same <br />document. Execution of this Amendment by a party shall be legally valid and <br />effective by (i) executing a paper copy, (ii) execution by AdobeSign or DocuSign or <br />other e-signature method, or (iii) transmitting an executed copy by email or <br />otherwise in pdf format or other electronically scanned format. <br /> <br />3.
