AMENDMENT TO EVERETT FORWARD SUBRECIPIENT AGREEMENT This Amendment is dated for reference purposes December 31, 2022. It is by and between the City of Everett, a municipal corporation under the laws of the State of Washington (“City”) and Childstrive/Madres De Casino Road (“Subrecipient”). The City and Grantee are parties to the Subrecipient Agreement for the Everett Forward Grant Program dated on or about 4/5/2022 (the “Agreement”). The purpose of this Amendment is to extend the term of the Agreement. AGREEMENT The City and Subrecipient agree as follows: 1. The Agreement is modified to extend the Agreement Term so that the Agreement terminates on 12/31/2023. This extension also extends the Subaward Period of Performance End Date and Subaward Budget End Date to the following date(s): 12/31/2023. This extension is effective regardless of the date(s) this Amendment is signed by the parties. 2. This Amendment may be signed in counterparts, each of which shall be deemed an original, and all of which, taken together, shall be deemed one and the same document. Execution of this Amendment by a party shall be legally valid and effective by (i) executing a paper copy, (ii) execution by AdobeSign or DocuSign or other e-signature method, or (iii) transmitting an executed copy by email or otherwise in pdf format or other electronically scanned format. 3. All provisions in the Agreement shall remain in effect except as expressly modified by this Amendment.
