The flashing on the cap is 1W (458mm) by 18' (458mm). <br />• The gas appliance and vent system must be vented directly to the outside of the building, and never be attached to <br />a chimney serving a separate solid fuel or gas-buming appliance. Each direct vent gas appliance must use its own <br />separate vent system. <br />• Make sure the exhaust pipe on Me heater connects to the exhaust portion of the cap. Draft <br />can be adjusted using the included restrictor. The restrictor seffings detailed in the manual should be followed <br />(variations may occur depending upon installation parameters). <br />Many factors may negatively influence the draft of the appliance.
