Bidder, at the time of submitting this Bid and throughout the period of the contract, <br /> will remain licensed by the state of Washington to perform the type of work <br /> required under the Contract Documents. <br /> B. Bidder is skilled and regularly engaged in the general class and type of work <br /> required by the Contract Documents and has the capability to successfully <br /> manage construction projects. <br /> C. Bidder agrees to provide upon written request of the City all information related <br /> to its qualifications and those of its key personnel and its proposed <br /> Subcontractors. <br /> D.
