City of Everett 01 78 23 -4 <br /> Inductive Charging Infrastructure for Everett Transit <br /> charts of valve tag numbers (with location and function of each valve), <br /> list of original Manufacturer's spare parts, maintenance of finishes, and <br /> other data as required under pertinent Specification Sections. <br /> 5) Prepare and include additional data when the need for such data <br /> becomes apparent during instruction of Engineer's personnel. <br /> 6) Insert the Commissioning report documents here if part of this <br /> Contract. Final report to be inserted later when commissioning work is <br /> complete. <br /> 3. Division 26— Electrical: (If applicable to these Contract Documents) <br /> a. Bind all product data, product maintenance data, and warranty information <br /> on together for each product listed. All products that could require <br /> replacement during the 40-year life of this project must be covered in this <br /> manual. <br /> 1) Product Data-submit original product literature only. Mark each sheet <br /> to clearly identify specific products and component parts and data <br /> applicable to installation. Modify product data as required to accurately <br /> represent completed installation. Delete inapplicable information. <br /> 2) Include electrical control diagrams, description of system and <br /> component parts, circuit directories of panel boards, as-installed color <br /> coded wiring diagrams, operating procedures, maintenance <br /> procedures, manufacturer's printed operating and maintenance <br /> instructions, listed under pertinent Specifications Sections. This <br /> section shall also include lighting fixtures with all data. <br /> 3) Prepare and include additional data when the need for such data <br /> becomes apparent during instruction of Engineer's personnel. <br /> G. Warranties and Bonds: <br /> 1. Bind in copy of each warranty with each product or system. One original of each <br /> warranty shall be bound in a separate labeled hard cover binder and submitted <br /> with the Approved 0 & M Manuals. See section 017836 Warranties and Bonds. <br /> 1.6 SUBMITTAL SCHEDULE <br /> A. Submit one copy of preliminary draft of proposed formats and outlines of contents to the <br /> Owner for review and approval. After review, the copy will be returned to the contractor <br /> with accompanying comments. <br /> B. Submit one copy of completed data in approved final form to the Owner for final review. <br /> This copy will be required prior to Contractor training of Parks' personnel <br /> C. Submit three (3) copies of approved Manuals in final form prior to Substantial <br /> Completion. <br /> PART 2 - PRODUCTS (Not Used) <br /> PART 3 - EXECUTION (Not Used) <br /> 01 78 23 -4 OPERATION AND MAINTENANCE DATA <br />
