I <br /> City of Everett 00 68 00-4 <br /> Inductive Charging Infrastructure for Everett Transit 1 <br /> 5.4.3 Summary information as noted on the form. <br /> 5.5 The Contractor shall report the followinginformation on journeylevel employees: <br /> 5.5.1 Labor hours for reporting period by ethnicity/gender, for each trade/craft. <br /> 5.5.2 Total journey level labor hours by ethnicity/gender, for each trade/craft. <br /> 5.5.3 Total labor hours and number of journey level employees for reporting period by <br /> ethnicity/gender. I <br /> 5.5.4 Total journey level labor hours and number of employees to-date. <br /> 5.5.5 Summary information as noted on the reporting form. <br /> P 9 <br /> 5.6 The Contractor shall submit such other information as may be requested by City to verify 1 <br /> compliance with the Contract. City reserves the right to add, delete, or change as <br /> necessary the information required by the Contractor on the Monthly Apprentice <br /> Utilization Report form. <br /> 6. APPRENTICE UTILIZATION MONITORING AND ENFORCEMENT <br /> 6.1 The City or its representative may verify the registration of each apprentice used on the 1 <br /> Project with the Washington State Apprenticeship and Training Council. <br /> 6.2 The City or its designee will monitor the apprentice utilization data provided by the <br /> Contractor. In the event that the Contractor is deficient in the use of apprentices, the <br /> City or its designee will meet with the Contractor to discuss the reasons for the <br /> deficiency and help the Contractor develop a written plan to achieve the apprentice <br /> utilization goal. I <br /> 6.3 City may make routine visits to the Project site for the purpose of confirming the use of <br /> apprentices. The Contractor needs to be aware that various third parties might make <br /> visits to the Project site for the purpose of confirming the use of apprentices. Said third <br /> party visitors will be required to abide by the Contractor's work rules and safety plan. <br /> 6.4 Progress payments will be withheld in the event that the Contractor fails to comply with <br /> this Section and evidences a lack of good faith in so doing. 111 <br /> I <br /> END OF SECTION 00 68 00 <br /> I <br /> 00 68 00 -4 APPRENTICE UTILIZATION AND REPORTING <br /> I <br />
