Notify Architect at least ten (10) working days in advance of each pre-installation <br /> meeting. Meeting examples include, but not by way of limitation: <br /> 1. Demolition and regulated materials remediation. <br /> 2. Site utilities. <br /> 3. Concrete. <br /> 4. Masonry. <br /> 5. Structural steel. <br /> 6. Roofing systems. <br /> 7. Water and damp proofing. <br /> 8. Doors, including frames and hardware. <br /> 9. Millwork. <br /> 10. Finishes. <br /> 11. Equipment, including elevators. <br /> 12. Mechanical and Electrical systems,such as HVAC, plumbing, high voltage,fire alarm, and <br /> communications. <br /> 13. Specialty items. <br /> B. Meeting location: Contractor's field office or as mutually agreed. <br /> C. Participants shall include: <br /> 1. Contractor's Project Manager, Superintendent, CQC Representative, and Safety <br /> and Health Officer as appropriate; <br /> 2. Subcontractor's project manager or foreman supervising the Work, as appropriate; <br /> 3. Owner's Representative and Project Manager; <br /> 4. Architect and the Architect's sub-consultants, as appropriate; <br /> 5. Owner's Testing Agency Representative and consultants as appropriate; and <br /> 6. Others as appropriate. <br /> D.
