Subcontractor <br /> to perform work in same version in which the BIM Model is transmitted. <br /> 1.4 CONTRACT ADMINISTRATION SUBMITTAL TIMELINE <br /> A. The Owner's submittal requirements for contract documents shall be according to the <br /> following order and timeline: <br /> 1. Insurance Certificate(s)must be submitted by Contractor and approved by Owner prior <br /> to circulating the contract for execution by Owner. <br /> 2. Payment and Performance Bond must be submitted by Contractor and approved by <br /> Owner prior to circulating the contract for execution by Owner. <br /> 3. Retained Percentage Form indicating the method the Contractor elects to have Owner <br /> hold retention shall be submitted by Contractor with the signed contract. Retention <br /> may be held using one of the following three methods. <br /> a. Retention Bond. <br /> b. Invested—Requires an Escrow Agreement. <br /> 4. Apprenticeship Training Program Utilization Plan shall be submitted by Contractor at <br /> the preconstruction meeting and no later than Contractor's first application for <br /> payment. <br /> 5. Statement of Intent shall be filed by Contractor with the Department of Labor & <br /> Industries by the preconstruction meeting and no later than Contractor's first <br /> application for payment. <br /> 6. Notice to Proceed shall be issued by Owner after completion of the fully executed <br /> contract. <br /> 7. Change Order(s) shall be issued pursuant to Part 7 of the General Conditions in the <br /> format provided by Owner. <br /> 8. Certificate of Substantial Completion (to include punch list) shall be issued in the <br /> format provided by Owner. <br /> 9. Certificate of Final Completion (to include letter of no disputes) shall be issued in the <br /> format provided by Owner. <br /> 10. Final Acceptance by Everett City Council or delegated City of Everett <br /> representative(s) shall be scheduled by Owner upon completion of a fully executed <br /> Certificate of Final Completion. <br /> 11.
