• To resolve these property violations the following corrective actions are required: 1. A City of Everett Public Works Department Permit is required for property structure house repairs. Print out a City of Everett Public Works Department Permit Application and drop off at the City of Everett Public Works Department Drop Box at 3200 Cedar Street Everett WA 98201. You or your hired contractor are required to print out a City of Everett, Public Works Department Permit Application Form from the City of Everett website: https://everettwa.gov/169/Permit-Services 2. Apply for and obtain the City of Everett Public Works Department permits and City of Everett Building Department permits,for the property house structure unpermitted alterations,to bring the property into compliance with the Everett Municipal Code,the International Residential Code and the International Property Maintenance Code. NOTE: No property structure demolition and/or no property structure alteration construction repairs are to be performed without and/or before the issuance of City of Everett, Public Works Department permits, and Building Department permits. 3. The property house structure unpermitted alterations are required by City of Everett Public Works permits and City of Everett Building Department permits to have the work inspected and approved by staff from the City of Everett, Public Works Department and Building Department. 4. If the property is sold,sellers are required to provide a copy of this Notice to Comply to the buyers, prior to the sale of the property. Corrective action must be completed before May 28,2021. Failure to comply with the conditions listed in this notice, may result in a hearing before the City's Violation Hearing Examiner and a fine and/or cost being assessed against you.
