Corrective Action, Deadline <br /> If the Respondent completes the following corrective action by the date listed below, <br /> and is not a repeat violator, the respondent may enter into an agreed order as <br /> described in Section 7 below. <br /> a) Take immediately steps to correct the fire safety violations that do not require <br /> permits for abatement. <br /> b) Trim and clean all landscape beds on the property, the right-of-way, and <br /> residential portion of the property, remove all dead and noxious vegetation, <br /> garbage and litter, and maintain the beds free of weeds, black berry bushes. <br /> Restore the landscaping to a compliant state including replacing the damaged <br /> trees along the north lot line. Contact the Planning Department if you have <br /> questions about these requirements. <br /> Corrective action b) must be completed no later than March 16, 2020 <br /> c) Cease business use of the residential portion of the parcel and remove all <br /> business items from that area and ensure compliance with the transparency <br /> requirements for the commercial facade as required by EMC 19.31B.080. Gain <br /> final approval from the City of Everett Planning Division. <br /> d) Contact the City of Everett Planning Divisions located at 3200 Cedar Street to <br /> apply for and obtain all of the necessary and required permits and approvals <br /> to bring all structures on the property into compliance with the Everett <br /> Municipal Code through repair, alteration or demolition.
