Operation Model: FSH-2, FSH-2A-99 <br /> / Operation <br /> This section explains Hood operation and filter maintenance procedures. <br /> The Control Box depicted in this Manual shows elements of the E.A.C. Cleaning Timer feature. If you purchased the <br /> FSH-2 Hood, these controls WILL NOT be present, as that particular model is not equipped with this function. <br /> 4.01 i Operation <br /> This section describes starting the ventless hood. Be sure that all filters are in place and properly seated before <br /> proceeding. Hood will not start unless the Filter Access Cover is in position and secured properly. <br /> To Start the Hood: <br /> 1. Press and momentarily hold the top [START] portion of the Power Switch 0 until <br /> the hood blower starts running. Release and switch will spring back to remain ON. <br /> 2 The green HOOD POWER light (2 and the small EAC [ON] light 0 should turn 3ol <br /> ON. A constant tone alarm may sound briefly and stop as the fan reaches full <br /> .7 speed. CHEIK <br /> 3. At that time, the amber FRYER POWERED light ® should turn ON to indicate that <br /> power is now being supplied to the fryer and it is ready for use. <br /> Should this sequence not occur or should any other lights turn ON, see the Section 7, <br /> Troubleshooting for possible cause and corrective action. 2 •� <br /> FRYER POWER <br /> 4 <br /> To Shutdown the Hood: <br /> 1. Press the bottom [OFF] portion of the Power Switch START <br /> 2 Blower stops and all indicator lights turn OFF. 1 <br /> 3.
